How can you access your EAP?

1. Make the Call

When you want to access EAP services, just call 706 549 6658 or 1-800-286-2207. These phone numbers provide you one-point access to all our services. You can also contact us via ASK EAP.

2. Schedule an Appointment.

When you call during regular business hours, a phone receptionist will answer your call. You will be forwarded to the Intake Coordinator and this person will ask you a few questions that will assist us in connecting you with EAP services that best meet your needs. Appointments with counselors will be scheduled at times and locations (Athens or Winder) that are as convenient to you as possible.

3. Visit with a Counselor

Please arrive to your first appointment 10–15 minutes early. This will allow you time to complete any necessary paperwork. Sessions are typically 55 minutes long. You can schedule your next appointment directly with your counselor.
